My number received a “Refund” message, What does it mean?

If a number doesn't receive the SMS within 20 minutes of activation, the number is no longer active and will be automatically cancelled by our system.

A "refund" message will appear in your user dashboard to confirm that the number has been cancelled and a refund has been issued.

Your balance will be updated with the refund automatically, this is part of our Client Protection Policy that insures that you won't pay for number that didn't work or received the SMS.
