I’m not receiving SMS, What should I do

While using Online numbers service, Sometimes you might not receive this SMS due high traffic from the carrier side.

After the SMS was sent to the number bought, make sure to click "Send SMS" and "Check Status" on your user dashboard.

If you didn't receive the SMS between the first 4-5 min please cancel the number and you will get a full refund instantly to your balance, Then try a new number.

Some services and country's have different successes rates because of the security levels of the website, such as sensitivity to your network address. We recommend using a VPN with geolocation that matches the country of the number, and the SMS should be delivered. Read more about "Success Rates".

If you're not logging in to your account for the first time, cookies may provide information about unusual activity and the service may not send you the code. Try using a different browser or incognito mode.
