How to Restore an account / Password Reset
You can regain access to your account using two methods: A Backup Key or a Temporary Password.
Restore With Temporary Password:
Only an Email address is required
Navigate to the Restore An Account page.
Enter your email you have used to register the account.
Click Send Temporary Password To Your Email.
An Email will be sent to your inbox with a Temporary Password.
Use the Temporary Password and change to a new password from the Security & Password.
Restore With A Back Up Key:
Navigate to the Restore An Account page.
Enter your Email, Username, And your Back Up Key.
Click Restore An Account.
A Temporary Password will be generated.
Use the Temporary Password to Log In.
Create a new password in the Security & Password page in your user dashboard.
The Back Up Key can be found after creating an account in Security & Password.
